Tonight, I was feeling a little bored.
So, I took my bored self to Target.
Boredom + Target = recipe for disaster (of the non Hurricane Irene variety).
Oh, I did a little damage.
See:
Yeah. Damn Target.
But....since I did a little damage to my own wallet,
I thought I'd help enable to you to join me!
Because, honestly, isn't that what part of blogging is about?
Enabling?
No? Oops.
Sorry in advance.
First of all, it's no secret that I love Hello Kitty.
Yes, I realize I am too old for Hello Kitty.
Ask me if I care.
In the Spirit of Hello Kitty Love, just look at these:
Aren't they so cute??
I have needed some new slippers for while now, so I got Hello Kitty ones.
And, ohhhhh, they are comfy!
And, I got a Hello Kitty shirt.
And, yes, I fully plan to wear it in public, thankyouverymuch.
I got it to wear with black leggings. I think it's pretty cute!
FYI, the Mossimo for Target leggings are on sale for $5!
These are some of my favorite leggings!
They are SUPER tight (in a comfortable way).
I got the capri length and the ankle length.
They really do a good job of sucking in the cellulite and not getting saggy knees.
Few things I hate more that saggy knees in leggings. Gross!
I love wearing leggings.
In fact, I have worn leggings every day (that I'm off work) for the past 2 months.
Not kidding.
A little TMI, but these.....
are quite possibly the most comfortable underwear In. The. World.
Yes, even better than Hanky Pankys (which I also own).
P.S. these undies leave NO VPL when worn with leggings.
Also...on sale for 4 pairs for $20.
A little tidbit about me: I NEVER, ever, ever wear thongs.
I hate them. With every fiber of my being.
Oh, and I hate the word "panties".
Gag.
I got a long sleeve henley shirt, also.
To wear with leggings. Duh.
Also in my little Boredom Haul I got:
Roc Retinol Night Cream (aka...a miracle worker).
Some disgustingly bad for me noodles, mac n cheese and Sprite.
Oh, and some hair color for my janky roots (they are baaaaadddd) and some clarifying shampoo (which I like for brightening up my blonde when it starts to fade).
After my shopping trip, I took my un-bored self to Panera and had an amazing Thai Chopped Chicken Salad. Delicious!!
Then I came home and glued myself back to the news for Hurricane Irene coverage.
If you are in the path of the storm, please stay safe!
Soooo.....what did you do on your Friday night? I hope it was cheaper than mine was!
Have a wonderful weekend, Loves!!
