So, I think I'm going to venture back into the blogging world, but in a new direction. Honestly, I live a boring life and there isn't much for me to blog about. Unfortunately, I can't blog about my job for legal/privacy reasons, so for all the bizzare, crazy stories I could tell...I can't. Sads.
But, I'm going to take this blog in the direction of beauty/make-up/hair product reviews. I know, I know....you're thinking another beauty blog. Whoop-dee-doo. But, I love reading beauty blogs and I love reviewing products! I am NOT a professional at all and am really just becoming a make-up junkie at the ripe, old age of 34! My dear, sweet friend Tricia is my make-up Guru and she helps me out so much. (She is a professional Make-up Artist and is always so helpful to answer my many, many questions). Love her!
So....without further hoopla, here are some reviews of products that are on my Love List right now!
#1: E.L.F. I love E.L.F. in general. I mean, really, their website is like a candy store filled with beautiful things for CHEAP. As in an eyeshadow quads for ONE DOLLA HOLLA! Surprisingly, they are very pigmented and last all day. I work 12 hour shifts so my makeup has to last and last and last. Can't be looking all janky whilst locking up the Bad Guys, right?

#2 E.L.F. Makeup Mist and Set: This is a facial mist that goes on after you complete your makeup. Just spray it on from about 12 inches away and it will give you a dewy, glowy finish and make your look last for a long time. I was skeptical at first. It's almost like hair spray for make-up! It isn't sticky and it really works. Best part? $3. You're welcome. :)

#3 RIMMEL London Natural Bronzer in Sun Dance. This is my favorite bronzer right now. I place it on the places where the sun would naturally hit my face and it imparts a nice, sunny glow. It does have a minimal amount of shimmer, so if you don't like shimmer, they have others that don't have it. I personally don't mind if my face looks like a disco ball, so I'll take the shimmer, please and thanks.

#4 MAC Blush in Her Blooming Cheek (from the Tartan Plaid Holiday Collection). My friend Tricia sent me this as a present in the mail (again, love her!!) and OMG, it is amazing!! VERY pigmented, so a little teeny tiny bitty bit (I'm not joking when I say just a little) is all you need to get that "in from the cold" flush on your cheeks. I use a large fluffy blush brush from E.L.F. (further review coming on their brushes in another post) and I love it! Truthfully, this will last me until I'm 103 because you only use so little to get a beautiful look.
#5 Milani 3D Glitzy Gloss Glamour in #39 I don't know what the official name for this color is because it is nowhere on the packaging. I adore this gloss! I get it at Walgreens and I think it's around $6. It smells great and gives a sheer pink gloss to your lips. It's not too sticky, but yet has staying power. Again, it does have subtle shimmer, so....

I have some reviews for Benefit, ELF Studio brushes, Mac and Rimmel foundations and some primers coming up soon! Hope you enjoyed my reviews and if there is something you'd like to see me review, just let me know and I'll try to do it. I will also have some things on my Nope List as well.
See ya soon!
