I have never had any trouble with mine (other than the typical little quirks that any modern technology has) and I couldn't be happier. I thought I'd share some of my must have apps for the Blackberry with you, in case you are a fellow Crackberry addict.
BerryWeather: This is hands down my favorite app! I am a weather fanatic. I love everything about weather; clouds, rain, moon and sun phases, etc. I like an app that shows me weather alerts and severe weather warnings as well. In my next life, I want to be a meteorologist! This app is not free and it's a little pricey at $9.95, but I find that is well worth the price. The live radar maps are my favorite!
Google Mobile App: I've said it before and I'll say it again: Google runs my life! I love G-mail, G-chat, Reader, Maps, news etc. My most used feature of this app is Google Sync. It lets me input appointments into my berry and they show up on my iGoogle page in the calendar and vice versa. It updates automatically or you can update it manually if you choose. This app is free and it is invaluable for me. Couldn't do without it.
Ubertwitter: As you know, I am as addicted to Twitter as I am my Blackberry and this app is the best I've found for Blackberry (and I've tried them ALL. Not kidding). This app is free as well or you can pay $4.95 to have the ads removed. I use the free version and never even notice the occasional add.
TwitVid: I upload a video of my adorable nephews from time to time on Twitter. Attempting to upload a video on Ubertwitter takes forEVA. With TwitVid it's pretty quick. This app is free as well!
G-Talk: another wonderful feature from Google. It is separate from the Google Mobile app. This is G-Chat for your phone. I use it to chat with Hot Police Boy (as he is currently cheating on Blackberry with the Droid) and my fellow blog friend Angry Julie! We often work nights together (on separate ends of the country) and we keep each other entertained or just do a lot of BS'ing about our jobs.
BerryBuzz: This app lets you customize the LED color for different types of messages. You can even create your own custom colors as your notifications. I bet you can't guess what color I created for mine?? This app is $5.95.
Fox News Mobile: I'm not a huge fan of Fox News or CNN but Fox has a better layout than CNN, in my opinion, so that's what I use. It's free.
And last, but not least, the MOST important app on my Blackberry is the Crackberry.com launcher. Crackberry is where I waste many hours of my time. You can get free ringtones, wallpapers, themes and find the answer to ANY technical question you might have!
And just for kicks, here's a picture my Blackberry screen right now:

So, there you go. Now you know how big of a nerd I really am!
xoxo,
TPO
disclaimer: I was NOT, in any way, compensated for endorsing any of these applications and their respective owners, whoever they may be. These are simply the apps that I use and love and I wanted to share them with you.

These are such neat apps - I always wondered how people got gchat on their blackberry but felt like a nerd asking. Thanks for sharing!
I used to be a blackberry addict as well. I had several different models, and I probably loved the Curve the most. But, I converted to the iPhone and have never looked back. The iPhone is the greatest invention ever. I love it! And, not to burst your bubble -- I only wish someone had told me this sooner -- but the iPhone puts any blackberry to shame! But, I guess that blackberries are better than the old boring flip phones haha.
