Hot Pants.....

ETA: I have no idea why this post is showing up with the date of Oct. 31. I started it on that date, but finished and published the morning. I had no idea that it would post with the start date.

I am obsessed with leggings, and live in constant fear that may go "out" at some point. My grandma calls them "hot pants". Not sure why, but she does. I blogged about them last year and I'm still loving them! But, I don't love the saggy knees that sometimes come with them. I own several pair, and several different brands, but they all seem to get the saggy knees??

Old Navy had a great selection of leggings at one point last year, and I stocked up. However, they seem to get the saggiest knees of all!

Here are some pretty cheap sweaters that I think would great with leggings:

This sweater is from Wal-Mart. Only $15!

This sweater Car Coat is from Target.

This one would look great with a long sleeve tissue tee underneath! The orange would be perfect for a Clemson game. Not sure if I'd wear them with black though, as I might look like a Jack-O-Lantern! Target again.

I wear my leggings always with something covering my butt. Always. I have seen some people wearing them with short sweaters, tiny cardigans, etc. I don't have the backside of an 18 year old anymore, so that is a big no-go for me! I kind of want to try these by Spanx! I don't think I'd wear them under the heel, like in the picture, but I do like the look. However, these are convertible, so you can wear them at the ankle or as shown in the picture. Anyone tried these??

Spanx Tight-End Tights Convertible Leggings $28. A little steep for leggings, but if they didn't get saggy knees, they would be worth it!

I typically wear black leggings, but I have a gray pair as well, and I really like them.

My favorite flats to wear are these!
I have never, and I mean never, found a pair that I like better. These are butter soft and look great year after year. I have 3 pair of these in black (so far, I'm still on the first pair). They are amazingly comfortable and actually look identical to a more expensive pair by Jes$ica $impson. I have a pair of Tory Burch Revas but they just aren't as comfortable as my Target ones. It's all personal preference, though. Even though the Revas, to me, aren't that comfy, I wear them anyway because I love them!

Any suggestions for some Non-Saggy Knee leggings would be greatly appreciated!

Hope you have a great day (with no saggy knees if you're wearing leggings).
TPO

I'm too short (and too old) to wear leggings. But I do love the look of long sweaters and leggings. And by the look of those last, tucked-in-your-shoes leggings, I wouldn't be surprised if stirrup pants came back in style. I rocked those in the early 80's!!! (That's one way to not get saggy knees -- stirrups.)

Garnet Hill's leggings. Last forever, launder well & don't fade too easily & thus far - I've never had an issue with sagging knee's (err with my leggings that is).

Target has good leggings! But....I don't like their cotton ones. The ones I have bought are almost like footless tights! they fit great!

I will be that girl still wearing them 3 years after they aren't cool.

All my leggings are from Express. They sell cotton ones and pantyhose ones. I like the cotton type ones and never have saggy knees. I would recommend them!

I think they're BOGO 50% off too!
