Meet Miss Mazda...

This, blog friends, is my beloved Miss Mazda. She's a pretty little lady isn't she? She is a 2007 Mazda3. Well, today she got cleaned, no...detailed. And, I mean the toothbrush in the vents, the armor-all every piece of plastic, rubber, or metal that was visible to the naked eye, and washed like she's never had a bath before, kind of detailing. It costs me....nada. Why, you ask? Because I did it myself. What the hell was I thinking? FOUR hours of cleaning Miss Mazda and she looks brand spankin' new. Well, she sort of is, I've only had her for a year, but she was so messy you'd think a homeless person had decided to take up residence inside. I'm not even kidding. Oh, and thank the Good Lord for tinted windows, so no one could see the funk inside! I'm just sayin'. I nearly melted in the scorching heat and I think I sweat out every ounce of fluid my body had. Gross! Listening to Tom Petty's Greatest Hits album about FIVE times, helped ease the pain! But, alas, my baby is all clean and shiny! Don't ya just love that big orange TIGER PAW in the back window? You know you do! Go Tigers!!

So, now I'm cleaning the apartment and heading to bed early (I know, it's Friday night and I'm already feeling guilty for not going out, so hush). But, in the morning Hot Police Boy and I, in an immaculate Miss Mazda, are headed to the ATL for a day-cation. We will be visiting the World of Coke, The Cheesecake Factory, H&M and as I said last night, Old Navy. We are also planning on dinner and drinks somewhere fabulous (I'm thinking Twist, but we'll see). I've got my outfit all ready and that Starbucks card will be put to good use for breakfast in the morning: Grande Iced coffee with cream and sugar, one pump of peppermint and a Star fruit pastry. Not sure if that's really what they are called but it's a pastry of dried fruit, oatmeal, gingerbread etc in the shape of a star and it is A-mazing! Here's what I'm wearing:
The dress is actually olive green, but I could only find black on Polyvore. Also, ummm, it says this dress is a maternity dress? Wha? Yeah, uh, I don't think so. Preppy Police Girl is definitely, and I mean hell to the definitely, NOT, I repeat--NOT with child. Umkthankyou.
